Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated is a professional organization for registered professional nurses and student nurses (male and female) representing many cultures and diverse ethnic backgrounds. More than 8000 Registered Nurses and Student Nurses hold membership in Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated.

VISION

Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated is an internationally recognized leader in the

provision of health education, leadership, and service to the community.

Developing healthy communities through advocacy,

collaboration, education, leadership, research and service.

MISSION

The mission of Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated is to provide service for humanity, elevate the plane of nursing and to increase the interest in the nursing profession.

This mission is accomplished through:

• Encouraging the pursuit of continuous education;

• Recruitment programs for healthy communities;

• Stimulating a close and friendly relationship among members;

• Developing a corps of working relationships with other professional groups;

• The identification of core nursing leaders who affect social changes at the national, regional and local levels.
